Dining alone at restaurants
Recently I’ve seen post on social media about dining alone and having the confidence to do it. I eat alone most of the time but my favorite restaurant only has tables for 4 . The only time I feel bad about being there alone is when there is a waiting line to be seated.
I feel being alone is the same as eating with ones spouse. I see so many couples playing on their phones and ignoring each other. So, why not be alone?

Re: Dining alone at restaurants
I’ve found that eating solo can feel almost meditative, especially if the place has a good vibe. A spot like cocktail bar mumbai makes it easy, since there’s plenty going on to watch and you don’t feel like the odd one out. I usually bring something small to read or just people‑watch, and the whole thing turns into a nice break instead of something awkward.
